How To Join

  1. For every P300.00 worth of purchase of Hershey's Chocolates and Trolli Gummi Candies from SM Department store branch from October 1 to November 10, 2009, shoppers get a chance to join a raffle contest to guess the total number of Hershey's and Trolli Items inside the "Get Your Treat, Guess The Number" box displayed at the lobby of each SM Department Store.

  2. 1. There will be three (3) raffle periods with the given schedule:

  3.             Week 2: October 10 - 16, 2009
  4.             Week 3: October 17 - 23, 2009
  5.             Week 4: October 24 - November 2, 2009

  6. 2.For each weekly draw, the shopper will guess the total number of Hershey's and Trolli items inside the "Get Your Treat, Guess The Number" box. The answer can be chosen from a given set of multiple choices.

  7. 3. A single receipt worth P300.00 entitles a shopper to one coupon. Valid Tape receipts should be presented to assigned Hershey's/Trolli promo girl at the redemption area of Hershey's and Trolli Halloween lobby display in particular SM Department store. Customers will be asked to log in their name on the redemption sheet while the promo girl will log in the tape receipt number and purchase amount. Promo girl stamps "used" on the receipt after giving out the coupon.

  8. 4.On the raffle coupon, shopper must fill up the following Information:

  9. 5. During each contest week, the "Get Your Treat, Guess the Number" box containing the total number of hershey's and Trolli items to be guessed will be displayed along with a poster showing a set of possible choices for the answer. The shopper must choose the answer from the set of multiple choices and write down on the coupons provided.

  10. 6. All coupons should be dropped in drop boxes provided for on or before the cut-off date.There will be one(1) winner per SM branch per week.The winner will be the first entry that is drawn with the correct answer. Please refer below to the draw date/place and cut-off for raffle entries.

  11. All dropboxes will be properly marked with the contest name and branchname, sealed and signed on seal during the cut-off time/day by the respective SM snack exchange department heads. These will be picked up immediately the next day by Resourceful's representative for Week 2 and by Hershey's representative on Week 3 & 4. All dropboxes under the assigned specified weeks will be under safekeeping c/o Mr. Juancho Cruz for Hershey's and Ms. Joan Kho for Resourceful until the draw dates.

  12. The drawing of winners shall be witnessed by an authorized FDA representative. There will be one winner per week in each SM branch. In the event the entries of one branch fall below 300 entries per cut-off, these will be combined with another branch(es) until 300 pieces of coupons are achieved.

  13. Claiming of prizes will start on November 23, 2009. Letters of notification of winning will be sent to all winners as to when, where and how to claim their prize. Prizes should be claimed within 30 days after the letters of notification are sent out. To claim prize, Please present 2 valid IDs and the tape receipt and the notification letter.

  14. All employees of Hershey's and Resourceful International Marketing, Inc., its suppliers, manpower agencies, and relative up to the 2nd affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
